Sourced from the cooler climate region, the Adelaide Hills. This Aglianico has lifted blackberry and mulberry aromas with a dried sage twist. Black fruit and spice flavours on the palate reveal a well-structured wine with great length and a warm tannin finish.

Really lovely full flavour without the heaviness, we paired it with a duck risotto & was perfect! Would go well with pasta ( actually I’d drink it anytime😉)

Surprisingly good, without the brooding, tannic profile of its Italian counterparts. Fresh, versatile, bring on the pasta or pizza.
