About this product

The Bio Project represents Shingleback's ongoing commitment to undertaking native revegetation within our vineyards. The plants were carefully selected to provide benefits to the vineyard by specifically attracting beneficial insects and native brids, improve water quality and restore some of McLaren Vale's biodiversity. Strawberries, cranberries, perfumed herritage roses and orange oil abound in this crisp and refreshing Rose, crafted from early picked Monastrell (Mourvedre).

This is a lovely light dry Rosé from the McLaren Vale which has always produced some great wines. I recommend this to have with fish or chicken or just to quietly quaff the night away or on a lovely sunny day. As you can see all gone, will
