Tarot Rosé

This 2023 Rosé was one of the stars of the 2023 vintage. Big, juicy Grenache bunches were handpicked from a beautiful vineyard situated at the foot of the Range. Chilled straight into the press and delicately squeezed to produce a pretty, aromatic, and enticing wine. It's all built around a vibrant acid profile, providing a rigid backbone whilst the flavours of soft blossoms and crisp apples swirl around it. It will age incredibly gracefully in the cellar, unfurling with time spent in the bottle like the delicate little flower it is.
