About this product


100% Shiraz fruit was macerated on skins for just one day and then pressed to oak for fermentation. A cool (14-18C) natural fermentation kicked off, was allowed to warm at end of ferment and moved to stainless steel to preserve freshness. Élevage on lees for two months prior to racking and bottling in May. Unfined and unfiltered.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
