About this product

It takes over six months and 40 potatoes to make a bottle of Chopin Potato Vodka. The potatoes are grown without any chemical inputs on Chopin’s estate and within a 30-kilometre radius of the distillery in Krzesk, on the eastern lowlands of Poland, then harvested in season. Chopin processes and ferments all the potatoes onsite, then uses a 19th century copper column still, for a methodical quadruple distillation. The distillate then mellows in large barrels before bottling. The farm-to-bottle production, painstaking attention and age-old technique ensure Chopin Vodka has a unique, authentic and premium taste. Its uniquely creamy and full-bodied flavour profile makes it a great standalone drink, ideal for sipping or in martinis, but it also lends more gravitas to other cocktails than most other vodkas.
