About this product
Oyster shell, struck match, mandarin, lemon rind, white flower, hints of peach, pear and charred oak. Good integrity nose to palate in terms of flavour. A generosity of fruit weight with a focused underlying citrus acidity. The finish is savoury and moreish.

It takes a bit of time to unfurl and offer stone fruit, lots of citrus from lemon to tangerine with a dash of sweet oak flavouring. Lighter framed with some nutty leesy influence just buffing the palate. No offer of complexity but good drinking nonetheless.
