Perched on the wire, faint chirping and twittering notes convey the sounds of dusk in Adelaide. Sparrows Moon presents lifted white peach and citrus blossum aromas with underlying tropical fruit. A fresh and vibrant palate with stone fruit and citrus flavours finishing with a slate-like bakcbone givng this wine length and persistence.
