Our flagship Shiraz, made in a classic cool-climate style & named in honour of Dusty Dog: ever-vigilant sentinel (and good boy) famed for relentlessly harassing the bloody birds off our little patch of vines. Around 22% whole-bunch ferment and a year or so in our fanciest French Oak lend this wine its trademark creamy pepper corn, black cherry and five-spice character. Expect a medium weight, round, squishy mulberry palate, with a bright, spicy finish. Get those steaks out of the fridge.
