The Nurse Series Riesling

It’s generous, easy to like, and just a flat-out enjoyable drink. Jim Barry knows his Riesling, and this one doesn"t disappoint. Aromas of lemon, grapefruit juice, brown lime and white flowers combine with a lick of mineral and wet slate on the nose. The palate is refreshing, with flavours of grapefruit and citrus rind with a white floral lift. The fruit weight shows the hallmarks of Watervale Riesling with zesty acidity, that gives line but still allows a sense of generosity.
