Proudly vegan, organic, and partnered with Carbon8 to support soil regeneration and sustainability. Fresh, fruit-driven Blanc de Blancs with aromas of apple, citrus, and hints of sourdough. Crisp, clean palate with soft acidity. Perfect as an aperitif with smoked salmon canapés.

The label "Blanc de Blancs " is a total misnomer . It is akin to sickly sweet moscato. I have come to mistrust anything labeled "organic" . From past experience, it is usually a cunning way to sell undrinkable garbage.
I wouldn't recommend to a friend
