Our winemaking journey began in 2007, after the first vineyard planted in 2003 produced enough fruit for our debut vintage. Guided by Rosie Cupitt, who brought her training in France and Italy to the process, those early years set the tone for a winemaking philosophy rooted in balance, tradition, and a touch of European flair. Rosie’s influence lives on, not just in our wines but in the culture of care, quality, and curiosity that defines everything we do.
