Founded in 1846, Champagne Devaux is the leading producer from the exciting Côte Des Bar region in Champagnes. This renowned vineyard area represents a quarter of the total Champagne production. The stunning rolling landscape belies soils and unique exposures ideal for Pinot Noir, the largest grape variety in Champagne and hence this variety is prominent in many of the Cuvées and what Devaux refer toas the backbone of the House.
Michel Parisot, Champagne Devaux’s winemaker (Sparkling winemarker of the Year by IWC 2020), has created a beautiful and delicate and fruity Champagne from his selected organic parcels of Pinot Noir.
A crisp, lively wine with aromas of dried apricots and Bergamot. A fresh salivating finish.
