TaylorsShiraz 2019
About this product
After year of cellaring this Shiraz has beautifully evolved into a wine of depth and complexity. The once-lively red fruit has deepened, now revealing concentrated notes of dried juicy black plum and berries. This is supported by a full-bodied, structured palate where the subtle oak maturation characters have matured into complex notes of mocha and earth. A savoury layer of crushed black peppercorns and a prominent touch of aged leather adds remarkable interest, all leading to supple, drying tannins and a wonderfully lingering, long finish.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
