Adelaide Hills chardonnay is a natural for a quality blanc de blancs. This reveals a beautifully struck purity of fruit – pear, baked apple tarte tatin and citrus – with biscuit and bread notes. Excellent aperitif style sparkling with some gently nutty flavours to close and plenty of tangy citrus in between.
