It makes a difference when a winemaker sets out to deliberately create a good rose' (like this) as opposed to the ones that are made as an after-thought from leftovers. Rose petal fragrance, here, leads to soft “pinotesque” notes of strawberry and raspberry, generous enough to go with most dishes, but with an element of delicacy. Lovely stuff. It makes a difference when a winemaker sets out to deliberately create a good rose' (like this) as opposed to the ones that are made as an after-thought from leftovers.
