This all-Australian Negroni does the original no disservice. The Archie Rose team has teamed Archie Rose Distiller’s Strength Gin with sweet vermouth by Victoria-based maker Maidenii, and Økar Island Bitter sourced from South Australia’s Applewood distillery. Notes of native riberry and strawberry gum deliver delightful results, while artist Melanie Vugich’s interpretation of red riberries features across the label. This ready-to-pour cocktail is mixed and measured to bring the experience of the Archie Rose Bar into the comfort of your home.
