Our signature gin. Inspired by the happiest animals on Earth quokkas the friendly and well-known locals who have made Western Australia’s Rottnest Island famous. This gin is for berry lovers. Handcrafted in small batches at our distillery, we’ve used organically grown juniper, elderberries, bilberries, hibiscus and mountain pepper berries, giving it a fruity berry front and warm finish. Balanced with native Australian botanicals, including finger lime, you’re left with a sweet spiced flavour. And yes each bottle is a premium 42% ABV.
