A collaboration between two of Victoria’s finest independent producers. 6Ft6 Pinot Noir grapes steeped with Patient Wolf's Melbourne Dry Gin in the cool climate of the Moorabool Valley for longer, to give us a bigger, more robust flavour profile. After a light press, we’re left with a gin that’s bright in both colour and flavour. Deeply perfumed with rich layers of cherry, raspberry and a hint of blueberry – the perfect blend of distilled botanicals and fresh Pinot Noir grapes.
