Founded by proud Larrakia man Daniel Motlop, Seven Seasons is a premium spirits business that uses the world’s oldest new flavours. Products are inspired by the Seven Seasons, as laid down by the Larrakia people. The lores of the land signal changes in the stars, winds, plants, animals and bush foods. Everything is there for a reason. These are natures’ greatest stories. As the sun pokes its head from behind the clouds, bees collect nectar from native eucalypts to make sugar bags. These are collected from the hollows of trees, making a floral and sweet bush honey. The addition of native wattleseeds infuses the coffee with a mild hazelnut flavour, and perfectly complements the sweet honey.
