About this product

Our story begins in 1843 with farmer William Matheson who, with his wife, Anne, set about building a distillery in the Scottish Highlands. Selling their whisky for mere shillings per gallon, the venture may have started small, its location remote, but the Mathesons' vision was extraordinary. They were laying the foundations of what would become one of the most famous Scotch whisky distilleries in the world.

The only negative I can think of is that it is way too easy and enjoyable to drink. It is a little too expensive to drink one a regular basis but it is a fantastic scotch that easily compares with much more expensive scotches. Delightful. H

I am drinking Scotch for only a few but definitely this Lasanta is my fav Sherry cask finish. i find it super balanced and very enjoyable.

I am early on in my whisky journey but I really enjoyed this one. Very pleasant on the nose and satisfying on the palate. As a result this whisky evaporated as little too quickly and I definately reccomend it.

I have got into Glenmorangie allot lately. I was a little suprised at the color looks a little weak to me but the scent is very flowerly and the taste sweet. Very easy to drink got quite a long finish for a whisky of this type. I do howe
