12Yo Colombian Rum 700mL

A Colombian rum made using a base of fermented virgin sugar cane honey, the liquid is then distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in steel continuous column stills, resulting in a medium bodied rum. This is then aged in pre-used oak barrels using the solera method.
