Fruit from Wilyabrup. 18 months in new and used French oak. Classic bay leaf, sage, cassis and thyme are held together by spicy, resinous oak. The fruit on the palate has density and weight; the tannins are upfront, finely knit and pervasive. Robust cabernet with all the hallmarks of a long future before it.
