The Barossa Valley is home to some of Australia's oldest and prestigious Grenache vineyards. For many years thought of just being great blending variety to support more prominant wine styles, today well-tended Grenache is producing some of Australia's most interesting wines. The Yalumba Old Bush Vine Grenache is the perfect example with its lifted fruit character that shows a freshness and interest that is quite remarkable. No major treatment in the winery for this beauty ... it's all about the fruit.

A-One Liquor Store, I just shop at Dan Murphy's because they have what I want, they are located near home, so why go anywhere else?!

this is an excellent wine to have on ts own or with a meal. Best test is to try it for yourself and make up your own mind but I am sure you won't be disappointed. Give it a go it's good

Loved this. Smooth, mellow, almost-but-not-quite rich. I wish more producers would bottle Grenache on its own rather than blending it with Shiraz. This one is very good, and more interesting than other Yalumba wines I've had in the past. I
