About this product

Founded in 1834 by Antoine Jaboulet, Paul Jaboulet Aîné is an iconic Rhône Valley estate, managed by Caroline Frey since 2006 with a focus on holistic viticulture and pure terroir expression. Made from 100 percent Syrah and aged for 12 months in oak and stainless steel, this wine features an elegant bouquet of raspberry, black cherry, violet, cracked black pepper, and subtle licorice. It delivers a supple, medium-bodied frame with fine-grained tannins and granitic minerality. Often called the Affordable Hermitage, it offers classic structure and character with a polished finish.
