RavensworthNeighbourly Bianco
About this product
Not wholly made of Italian varieties, the Bianco regional blend comprises Fiano (58%), Trebbiano (39%) and a little bit of Riesling and Chardonnay acidity and body. While the varieties in the Rosso hail from the north and midwest, the varieties in the Bianco take coastal mideast (Trebbiano) and the south (Fiano) and the aromas and flavours are all Italian. The Fiano gives the wine its honey, spice and a mild tang of fresh pineapple while the Trebbiano offers a brush of savoury sage. Just don't allow this wine to get too cold and miss out on the detail in the wine.

A fiano/trebbiano blend, honeyed, toasty, richly coloured, waxy/buttery, grilled peach and nuts. "An Italian-style wine experience - best with rich food," wine panelist, Nick Carr, advises.
