Prosecco Frizzante

A fun filled addition to the range from this renowned Northern Italian producer. The Prosecco (Gleara)  grapes undergo fermentation after light maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature. The wine is then filtered and racked in stainless steel tanks for secondary fermentation to obtain the fine bubbles with the help of carefully selected yeasts. The resulting wine is straw-yellow in colour with delicate floral notes and hints of apple. Perfect for aperitifs and brunch with friends!
