This non-vintage Champagne Brut Rosé marks the fourth wine released in Penfolds collaboration series with Champagne House Thiénot. In 2019, we re-ignited our love affair with France, a special place for Penfolds, and announced our inaugural Champagne partnership with Thiénot. Alongside Thiénot, a respected player in the world of Champagne, Penfolds first released three extraordinary Champagnes in 2019: A Chardonnay Pinot Noir Cuvée, and Grand Cru single-vineyard Blanc de Blancs and single-vineyard Blanc de Noirs, all from the exceptional 2012 vintage. With our first Champagne Brut Rosé release, we celebrate the shared mutual style and quality ambitions between Thiénot chef de cave Nicholas Uriel and Penfolds Chief Winemaker Peter Gago.

What a pleasant surprise. We throughly enjoyed this bottle . You don’t think bubbles when you think Penfolds but you should, it’s well worth trying.

Beautiful colour and deeper than most Rose Champagnes we have tried, fine mousse with plenty of vigour, a typical champagne aroma on the nose, with fruit in the middle palate and a dry finish with length. We had two coupes without food and

I was very pleasantly surprised with the Penfolds Champagne Rose. I found it to be rich and lively with a great Rose flavour that wasn't too sharp or overpowering. It is very drinkable and goes down very well. Highly recommended.

Not too bad value for money for a good froggy rose champagne. Nice n tight on the palate, acid is there but not too heavy, finishes dry and long on the back palate. Loved it.
