Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Regarding Beaujolais village wines - we think we’ve struck the mother lode! Mommesin sure has a handle on producing great Beaujolais at good prices. Time after time Mommesin out-performs other Beaujolais submissions asking twice as much. The 2021 Saint Amour boasts classic carbonic characters of perfumed violets and cherries, combined with complexing factors of pepperberries, undergrowth and cold tea tannins. Of course, it can be chilled. This is an absolute panel favourite.
