The wine can be described as having intense ruby colour. Notes of cherry, raspberry and black fruits, and the whole is underlined by a subtle mineral note. This complex bouquet is matched in the mouth with wild cherry, wild strawberry, and a touch of liquorice. Supple and silky, full and well-rounded, a very pleasant wine.

A pure-hearted Pinot Noir from Burgundy’s northern reaches. Light-bodied, in line with current consumer preference, and strikingly pure on the nose, exhibiting red cherry and assorted red berries. The palate is precise, with notes of tangy cherry, red fruit, a hint of savouriness and a modicum of oak. The finish is crunchy and long, and the purity is there for all Pinot enthusiasts to see. A tomato-based dish would be ideal with this one.
