Fume Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc for grown-ups and Chardonnay lovers alike thanks to subtle barrel-aged complexities. The smoky, toasty bouquet is full and rich, savoury and dry on the palate, with a lingering finish. 50% barrel fermented in a combination of old and new French and Hungarian oak and aged for 9 months before bottling. This wine has benefitted from some bottle age but remains lively and fresh.
