Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazA beautiful expression of Shiraz grown in the warm Swan Valley climate on the ironstone gravel and laterite soil found along the base of the Darling Scarp. Crafted from fruit grown on the vineyard and Millard's vineyard at Baskerville in the Swan Valley. By draining off the lightest juice we have concentrated the colour, flavour and tannins. It has been aged in American and French oak hogheads to add further depth of richness. This intensely flavoured wine is powerful now and will mature and soften in the bottle for at least 10 years.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
