About this product
The three varieties used in this wine are a blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro. Hand-picked grapes are gently crushed into open fermenters for an extended period of 10-14 days. Followed by careful maturation in French Oak hogsheads, the wine is bottled with minimal fining and filtration. Our Surveyors Red highlights the best of the three varieties, raspberry, plum and spice with the French oak adding fine tannins and complexity.
