Single Malt 5-Year-Old Whisky

This is a small batch production, the first ever Beenleigh 5-Year-Old Single Malt Whisky. Hand crafted by our Head Distiller of over 40 years, matured in Ex-Bourbon Beenleigh Rum Barrel’s for 5 years. What was produced was a whisky that has a lovely balance of toasted American white oak flavours, which combine with tropical fruit notes extracted from the barrel’s previous life, maturing iconic Beenleigh rum. Notes of toffee & caramel balance out and finish this historic whisky.
