The fruit is well supported by a savoury meatiness and roasted beet element with underlying herbaceous tobacco and marjoram characters. The acid is refreshing and runs like a vein of cranberry brightness driving through the palate to mingle with endearing toasty notes and a dash of cinnamon spice, whilst the finish lingers with soft, dusty tannins
