This is close to a two-thirds Pemberton and the remainder Margaret River split for the fruit sourcing. An attractive brioche lemon curd aroma with a beautiful strawberry mousse character. The palate has tonnes of intensity delivered with a light deft touch. Deep and layered with a sustained finish.
