About this product

Planted in 1995 to clones GM18 and F6V7 on its own roots on the alluvial Moorabool river flats. Twenty five percent whole bunch inclusion, hand plunged native ferment, followed by 10 months in 60% new French oak. Ruby red in colour. The bouquet hints at strawberry, red summer fruit, floral notes, cherry cola and sweet charred oak. The delicate palate presents an air of etherality with offerings of sweet tea, strawberry shortcake, beetroot, mocha and herbaceousness. This Pinot Noir from our alluvial river flats is the Estate’s most delicate, thus is remarkedly approachable now or will benefit careful cellaring up to ten years+. Enjoy with a beetroot and walnut salad.
