Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

A thoroughly enjoyable warm-climate white. Ripe, round, unctuous and slippery of texture, almost suggestive of something from the Rhone. Scents of glazed quince, marzipan and stone fruit allusions corralled by a gentle waft of impeccably managed phenolics and soft acidity. Mid-weighted of feel despite the lowish alcohol, with a palpable mellifluousness to it all, neither forced or stylistically nor tweaked technically. Intuitively handled sans winemaking chicanery. Very good drinking.
