The Sauvignon was handpicked in late March by the hands of many hospitality friends who found themselves jobless over night thanks to you know what. The rare soil in this site, red clay loam over bluestone rocks, lends a taut flinty edge to a sleek textural palate. This was the only white wine we produced in 2020 and it is a beauty full of intense white flowers, juicy acidity and saline mineral texture. As always bottled unfiltered and unfined.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
