Bone-dry and delicious with a lemony freshness and good minerality. Not your usual prosecco and not for the sweet-toothed. Bottle fermented with some yeast elements and cloudiness, but that's to be expected here.

After a glass each we emptied the bottle into the sink. Really disappointed that Dan Murphy would stock a product of this calibre.

Not good, acidic, considerable sediment, rejected by all who tasted it, some tipped it out while others mixed it with Aperol but even then were not impressed. Might be ok if used as a mixer at around $5 a bottle. Reusable bottle good idea.
