Very pale lemon green in colour. Pungent citrus, Nashi pear, Passionfruit, gooseberry & fresh cut herb notes are enhanced by smokey biscuity and gently supportive oak. An energetic palate with pithy, green apple, thistle & lemon grass flavours, a touch of smoke, & the creamy texture seamlessly melding together to result in a high appealing wine of great balance & persistence.
