American Oak Tempranillo Single Malt Whisky

A collaboration with South Australia’s award-winning Main & Cherry wines, these American oak casks held tempranillo sourced from the Adelaide Hills, before being re-coopered and given a medium toast and char to integrate our spirit into the wine and the wood. This is a blood-orange, maraschino cherries, old-fashioned-cocktail of a single malt whisky. The aroma transports you to an underground speakeasy where jazz fusion harmonises with muffled conversation. On the palate is swathes of Turkis
