Sloe Gin 500mL

The sloe berry is a complex fruit which makes for a complex and delicious gin. The flavours develop from the sweet fruit in combination with the contrasting tart skins. The process begins with distilling our London Dry Gin, which we then leave it to rest on wild-grown sloe berries which are handpicked in Autumn. It takes a few months to extract all the flavour at which point the subtle taste of the sweet blackthorn berries and our superb gin base combine to tantalize your palate. This release has more intense Sloe characteristics, due to increased rainfall where they are grown. Sloe Gin can be enjoyed in all gin cocktails but is best served on ice, as a Gin and Tonic or a Gin Fizz.
