About this product

A stunning small batch gin made to honour Alfred Arthur Billson, who took over running Billson's in 1882, at age 23. This unique spirit is distilled with 13 botanicals and whole butterfly pea flowers, which give it a stiking hue. Watch Alfred's peculiar gin change colour from deep violet to lovely lolac with the addition of tonic water or lemonade.

Got this in a sampler pack a few months ago and had to buy a full size bottle. A fantastic gin, very flavourful. Love that it changes colour once tonic is added. Very easy to drink
