Of natural colour, non chill filtered, and matured in our coastal warehouses on the shores of Sandend Bay for over forty-seven years, it has exquisite notes of passion fruit and buttercream, kissed by the sea.

Nose; Exquisite balance of ripe dark and tropical fruits with cherry brandy, plum liqueur and gently spiced berry.
Palate; With finesse and depth, cassis and cherry glaze roll into passion fruit with buttercream, intertwined with silky maturation oils, kissed by the sea.
Finish; Rich, deep cherry and refined oak.
