Dry, Light Bodied style of GRAGANEGA, TREBBIANO DI SOAVEA blend of 90% garganega and 10% trebbiano di soave grown in premium vineyards in the classico region in the north east of Verona. Soft pressing and short skin contact lead to a very short time in oak.
Pale yellow with golden hues; delicate fruity aromas; dry and balanced with good minerality and a lingering bitter- almond finish.
