The Merlot component has lovely ripeness with fleshy and silky tanins. The Cabernets Sauvignon fruit is powerful with a long finish. Petit Verdot has a beautiful acidity and a lot of freshness, adding balance and vitality to the overall blend. A Great value Bordeaux expression.

Medium deep crimson. Attractive plum blueberry fruits with hint of mocha/ walnut. Lovely classical proportioned wine with bright plum blueberrry fruits, fine looseknit slinky/chalky tannins and underlying savoury nuances. Plentiful tannins but will soften out. One of the great value wines of the vintage?
