Hooded Woman Sparkling Rose

Seppelt have been making sparkling wine in Australia since the 1890s – their newest sparkling Rosé, Hooded Woman, has a beautiful, ethereal character that draws you in. This classic, dry style of sparkling rosé begins with a complex, savoury nose of brioche, mineral salt and wild strawberry. The palate boasts further strawberry notes as well as rhubarb and red currant. The wine finishes with an ever so slight phenolic grip and saline acid that draws out the palate and is the perfect compliment to the flavoursome and soft mid palate.
