Talus hops are known for big aromas of pink grapefruit, citrus peel, pine resin and tropical fruit, so it was the obvious choice for this brew. With an added touch of fresh Ruby Grapefruit to round out the grapefruit aromas and deliver a citrus zing. The malt bill privides a light but solid base that balances out the sharpness of the citrus, creating an easy drinking beer with low bitterness.

Excellent for hot weather. Delicious flavour. Better than lagers - many of which are bland and too sweet. This is pleasantly bitter, and has more body.
