The percentage of whole bunches has been anywhere between 90% to 100% for several vintages, but this year sees the number down to 35%. Richly flavoured and ripe of fruit, with savoury inputs, especially via malbec. The tannins are plump yet chewy. Tangy raspberry acidity on the finish just means a barbecue is essential.
