Dry Vermouth

Estate Chardonnay co-fermented in tank and French oak barrels with selected herbs, spices, seeds and citrus peel. Fortified with a juniper and rosemary infused spirit. Fresh citrus aromatics,light, lean and herbaceous with anise undertones. A subtle bitter finish is bestowed by the wormwood. This Vermouth will match perfectly with your favourite cocktail or simply savour on the rocks with some citrus slices. Best served cold.
